About the job

We are now inviting applications for the position of Executive / Business Assistant, for one of our clients at United Kingdom. The client is seeking a special individual to work closely with the Chairman Chief Executive with day-to-day tasks. Whilst specific responsibilities and requirements vary across the Group, the person is expected to handle a wide range of high-level administrative tasks including executive communication, handling of corporate documents and regular meetings.  


Roles & Responsibilities

Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements. 


Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items. 


Monitoring Business Dashboards for monthly executive committee meetings and functional reviews on time. 


Working on business proposals for the Business growth to increase EBITA. 


Leading Projects to drive Business process improvements, Transformation, Growth. 


Make timely decisions using independent judgment on a regular basis in a proactive manner. 


Must be able to work in a highly confidential environment independently. 


Prepare and issue minutes of meetings instantly and assist with the follow-up actions from meeting outcomes. 


Be goal and results-driven with the ability to also look at the bigger picture to proactively plan. 


Work closely with support staff, Finance and Human Resources, to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives. 


All other duties as assigned including special projects.

Requirements

MBA – Bachelor's or Higher Academics  


Preferable experience of 5 years  


Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines. 


Good computer skills, Outlook Advanced, Excel Advanced, Word Advanced, PowerPoint Advanced.
