About the job
We are seeking an experienced Google Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns, as well as analysing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement. The In-House Google PPC Specialist will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns that drive traffic, increase leads and sales, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Roles & Responsibilities
· Develop, implement and manage Google Ads campaigns across various business lines.
· Conduct keyword research to identify and select appropriate keywords and phrases for campaigns.
· Create compelling ad copy and design visually appealing display ads.
· Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve performance, including bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad placements.
· Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
· Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute effective online advertising strategies.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for Google Ads campaigns.
· Work with other teams, such as content and social media, to coordinate and optimize campaigns.
· Manage and maintain campaign budgets and ensure that ROI targets are met.
· Communicate with key stakeholders on campaign progress and deliver regular reports on campaign performance.

Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
· Strong knowledge of Google Ads tools and platforms.
· Demonstrated experience in conducting keyword research, ad copywriting, and display ad design.
· Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and analytics tools.
· Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
· Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
